Stitchify Privacy Policy

Stitchify ("Stitchify", "we", "us", or "our") is a photo editing and collage app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Stitchify, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Stitchify is designed to do most of its work on your device. We collect only what is needed to operate the app, serve ads, process purchases, and fix bugs.

Advertising identifiers	Advertising ID / IDFA, IP address, ad interaction data	To show and measure ads through Google AdMob. On iOS, we ask for your App Tracking Transparency permission before requesting personalized ads; if you decline, you'll see non-personalized ads instead
Purchase information	Subscription tier and purchase status (monthly, yearly, lifetime)	To unlock premium features through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. We do not receive or store your payment card details

2. Permissions We Request

Camera — to capture a new photo for editing.
Photo Library — to select existing photos and to save your finished collages back to your gallery.

You can change or revoke these permissions at any time from your device Settings. Stitchify will still function but you won't be able to import or save photos without them.

3. Third-Party Services

Stitchify uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob — serves banner, native, and interstitial ads, and may show a consent form on first launch to comply with applicable privacy regulations. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases and subscriptions.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate core editing and collage features.
To process and unlock premium subscriptions or one-time purchases.
To display advertisements that support the free version of the app.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers listed above (Google AdMob, app store billing platforms) so they can perform the functions described in this policy, and only to the extent required to operate those services.

6. Data Retention

Photos you edit stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them — Stitchify does not upload your photos to our servers. Advertising data is retained by Google AdMob according to its own policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Stitchify is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your Choices

You can disable camera/photo permissions in your device Settings at any time.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android, "Limit Ad Tracking" / App Tracking Transparency on iOS).
You can request deletion of any data associated with your purchase history by contacting us at the email below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Stitchify after changes means you accept the updated policy.
